By winemaker Leon Glaser of JosephJane Winery on a custom crush project with Delfino Fine Wines. They produced a bold and fruity Syrah using grapes from Jim Delfino's vineyard in the Umpqua Valley AVA (Delfino Vineyards).
Deep purple-red color with a full body, this Syrah is characterized by a meaty flavor of black pepper and dark fruits, and notes of blackberry, blueberry, boysenberry, licorice, chocolate, and herbs. Low in acidity and mild tannins make this wine very pleasant to drink.
