Paradiso di Cacuci is a winery located in a small “corner of Paradise“ in the northwestern area of Montalcino, about 370 m. above sea level, in the renowned area of Montosoli. The wine production is centered on the perpetuation of tradition, implemented with modern systems. The property includes 5 ha Brunello di Montalcino, 1 ha. Rosso di Montalcino and 5 ha. of Sangiovese IGT.
Rosso di Montalcino maturation is carried out exclusively in 55 hl Slavonian oak Garbalotto casks for a period of about 12 months. The aging process is carefully controlled by Prof. Dr. Andrea Mazzoni, while viticulture is supervised by Prof. Roberto Lamorgese, both are experts and appreciated academics who have achieved important results in research and innovation.
