Paradiso di Cacuci is a winery located in a small “corner of Paradise“ in the northwestern area of Montalcino, about 370 m. above sea level, in the renowned area of Montosoli. The wine production is centered on the perpetuation of tradition which, together with a more modern model and in compliance with the values of the Brunello Consortium. The property includes 5 ha Brunello di Montalcino, 1 ha. Rosso di Montalcino and 5 ha. of Sangiovese IGT.
The delicate phase of aging of the Brunello is carried out exclusively in 55 hl Slavonian oak Garbalotto casks, for a period of about 36 months. This process is carefully controlled by Prof. Dr. Andrea Mazzoni, while viticulture is supervised by Prof. Roberto Lamorgese, both experts and appreciated academics who have achieved important results in research and innovation.
