An exceptional vintage, from Monforte d'Alba, by maestro Flavio Roddolo. A lot of just two cases was acquired from the original purchaser (collector in Belgium), always cellared in OWC, and directly imported by DFW to our Willamette Valley store in 2019. Color, fill, labels - all impeccable.

A mesmerizing Barolo Ravera approaching its peak, 21 years from vintage and counting, I believe it will improve some more - aromatic, warm, silky, fine and firm, juicy and mouth-watering, incredibly persistent.
